ISG3 - Credit Mastery is a ChatGPT plugin provided by ISG3 - Credit Mastery (“we”). This policy explains what the plugin receives when you use it in ChatGPT, what it does with it, and what is kept.

What the plugin receives

When you ask ChatGPT something the plugin can help with, the assistant sends it only the details needed for that request, such as:

• Day of week
• Beginner, intermediate, advanced
• Yoga, HIIT, spin…
• Day of the week, e.g. Monday
• Trainer name

The plugin does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, home address, precise location, payment details or account passwords.

How it is used

Only to look up an answer in ISG3 - Credit Mastery’s own information (Batch timetable, Demo class slots) and show it to you in ChatGPT. It is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing, and it is never sold.

What is kept

We do not store the questions you ask or the details you enter. The service keeps anonymous usage counts (which feature was used, on which day, and whether it worked) to keep the plugin running and improve it. Technical logs of the hosting service may be kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Who else is involved

• OpenAI (ChatGPT) runs the conversation in ChatGPT; its privacy policy covers what you type there.
• BizInGPT hosts the plugin for ISG3 - Credit Mastery and processes requests only to answer them.

When you choose “Book a free demo class”, you leave ChatGPT for ISG3 - Credit Mastery’s website, where its own privacy policy applies.

Children

The plugin is not directed at children under 13.

You can stop using or disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT at any time. To ask a question about your information, contact us using the details below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
